Adrian Ossenkop is a lighting designer based in Omaha, Nebraska, and a junior at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he studies Theatre with a focus in lighting design.

He’s interested in theatre that invites collaboration, challenges norms, and engages directly with audiences. Adrian values lighting as both a technical craft and a storytelling tool. He is especially passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and increasing accessibility in theatrical spaces.

Adrian has attended the United States Institute of Technology Conference as a conference assistant in 2024 and 2025.

In addition to his work in theatre, he manages communications for Durango’s Advancement and Support Hub / Maverick Food Pantry at UNO, supporting campus initiatives that focus on food access and holistic student wellbeing.
